Non-Profit Statement

Horn and Cauldron, Church of the Earth has been determined by the IRS to be a 501(c)(3) effective since April 11, 2012. Horn and Cauldron, Church of the Earth is a registered church (non-profit) with the State of Rhode Island in good standing with the Secretary of State.

Horn and Cauldron is qualified to receive tax deductible donations, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Horn and Cauldron is tax exempt under IRC Section 501 (c) (3) and is further classified as a public charity.
